And now, a very big announcement. One of the biggest ever announced.

A little backstory. Once I heard tales from Ronin Steve about the undefeated masters of the Dallas mansion, I had a vision. One day we will play in Camelot, and challenge the best of the best.

It took about a decade, but out of this dream, the Dallas Challenge was born.

The Dallas Challenge is it’s own thing. I get that. But as it has gone one year after year, it got me to thinking, why can’t Dallas come down here, even one time?

Sacrilege! You can’t expect the anointed players of the holy order of the Mansions (there are now 2) to leave the confines of their mighty keeps and travel to a pool full of commoners!

This will never happen! Ever!

And so time passes, years go by, but ye olde Chief can be fairly stubborn in asking questions about why in the spirit of sportsmanship an appearance by Dallas at the Austin Obstacle can’t happen.

Well, guess what? It’s happening!

That’s right! Dallas is coming to Austin. THIS SATURDAY.

1 team. I suspect they’re on a scouting mission. But that’s immaterial.

The thing that was never gonna happen is happening!

I’ve been to the show, but only a limited number of players have had the opportunity to face off against the Mansion Myrmidons.
