Nowell and the Dallas big boys have challenged our Austin squad to a weekend at their place in Prosper, Texas.

The pool is at a private residence. Start times are 1:30 on Saturday and 12:30 on Sunday.

After the to-be-expected AWVP drama, we now have a ton of solid commitments. So many people in fact that we're gonna have two squads.

A few words from Nowell:

"12 traveling players would create a weekend of epic proportions.

We will make it work.
Just be flexible as to exactly how we make it work.
B/c I’ll be cutting certain folks/teams on our end to accommodate.

FORMATS

Sat will likely be your two teams and just one of ours.
15 point games
Winning team gets to stay in the pool.
If they win 3 straight, they sit out 1 game.

Sunday will likely be two of ours and two of yours, so likely 4 games per team for the day. With more down time.
I’ll come up with a 4-team match play format that works best. Maybe games to 11, Eg,

Team a1 plays d1.
Team a2 plays d2.
Winners play.
Loosers play.
REPEAT once more.

Frisco 15 mins

Addison lots of bars.
Plano some bars.
Frisco few bars.

Lots of $100/night hotel options in all 3 towns btw Dallas and Prosper."

Wow. What a weekend. This Dallas crew is very very good.



There are photos and game film. What a venue.

Basically, they kicked our ass on Saturday.

Sunday, we fought back and won a few. However the Dallas crew were the dominant players overall.

Our search for intelligent life in the universe has indeed found intelligent life.

First time we've played in the backyard of a mansion.
