I've been playing for 25 years, and it still escapes me how to manage a day like today. We tried dries, shirts, captains. None were entirely successful.
A lotta people with disparity in skill levels is hard to balance. It means those who have less skills, or end up in a "bad rotation" are going to have a very bad day. Not too many ways around that.
You can catch lighting in a bottle. Like a Nerds team did yesterday, and made some really good players sit. Sorry, forgot to mention in the last AAR.
That didn't happen today. Outside of one drafted BBG game that went horribly wrong from my perspective, and quite well from Scully's, things were pretty imbalanced today.
I maintain that the only way to learn is to get trigger time. And that's gonna mean taking your lumps. Or coming in, one dry at a time, one on each side. Not too many ways around it.
