Small Saturday AAR.

A day without watervolleyball is like a day without sunshine. And a day with sunshine and no watervolleyball is an incomplete day.

The minute people start asking who’s showing up, the self defeating prophecy begins.

We had like 9-10 today. Good day for new people to try and learn.

I try to learn from life coach Tbone and approach most days of ball with joy. Like today for example. Plus on days where the tall trees are not around , I can actually do stuff.

So today’s level of game and focus was kind of like this (Alex was not there, but he’s providing the commentary for this clip)

So Kenny Navy Jarrod and mini shimmy took on me Dan Tbone Monkey and newish guy who is very skill challenged.

That’s as fair as we could make it.

We lose newish guy for game 3 and brought in Kallie. Result: dynasty. Dan will supply the photo : )

Just a word about the 2 c’s: competition and camaraderie. Some days there’s more of one than the other. And rule #1 governs both.

Since we purport to be kinda sorta a league, it’s important to show the flag, which means we play every weekend.
