First AAR of regular season June 2019! And there are some surprises...

I'll start with some players of the day that don't ordinarily make top billing: Nate, Jarrod, honorable mention Monkey.

Here's why--if they didn't play well, that would've been it for the teams they were on. Who ever heard of the Nate to Woodcock hookup before today? Nate and Jarrod were playing middle position and setting for their teams. It's not their usual jobs but they stepped up. Monkey was serving and defending well from the back row.

Let the game come to you, don't force it. Play your position, and good things will happen...

Tbone also set well, had him some hits and digs, good all around play.

Welcome to new players Chad and girlfriend. Played well in their first game, then we got obliterated 15-2 in the only blowout game of the day. This game looks easy. It's not easy...

Back to the usual suspects for shoutouts: Dub, dub, and more dub, Scott, Jess, Mikey.

Let's not forget the Sravan shimmy! Premature shimmulation, rookie!

Dynasties were hard to come by. I think we had 2 on the day. Marcelo's mixed bag of players almost got one of them. So you never know what's going to happen!

A couple games went into extra innings. I think I played in both of those. Hard fought day. Good job, Pandas! 145 days to go...
