In every life, a little rain must fall... The players that braved it today, know that the season is coming to an end. And if you're already in 4 ft of water, what does it matter if water falls from the sky? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4d0gs0eT6Fc At least the Spartans didn't have to fight Austin traffic when they marched. Nine players understood, and showed up to fight: Mikey, Dub, LJ, Tbone, Kent, Scully, Marcelo, Wounded Walrus, and yours truly. It took me nearly an hour to reach the hot gates. When I got in, on the team that was down(makes sense), game got a little closer, against LJs team consisting of Lip, Mikey, Marcelo, and Scully. Lost the next one, too. But then came back to win the next 3. I don't play games when I can't see, so last game where I bailed on my formerly 5s team I won't comment on. Here's what I can comment on, as I have before--you want to leave Mikey and Dub alone out there among the shorter players? 3&3...A rare day where I didnt leave w a superior winning record, or at least one dynasty...Of course it took 5 on 4, 2 MVPs Walrus & Grape Ape, 5 Time Servers of the Year, Chefy & Grape Ape, and 10 Time PGOY Chefy vs a 4 man team to even keep my record at .500... |
