Saturday is already fading into memory. But we had a good crowd. Big Will showed up, and seconded the good crowd motion.
He also concussed Mikey, who was out on protocol the next day.

We all know the risks. I got a couple fingers jammed. Nonetheless, good fellowship was enjoyed by all. And, in true "F Chief" fashion, it's always fun to see a good player struggle, when he's not on your team:

With all the bully boys gone to Dallas Challenge, basically everyone got to play every game. Ouch.

So Sunday game time was 2, I mean 3, on Panda time. Attendees: Tbone, Kenny, Nate, New York, Navy, Jonathan, Marcelo, Monkey, lil TJ, yours truly.

Now, you would think that when I play 4s with Kenny, Jonathan, and Marcelo, that this is a done deal. Not so much. We lost and lost and lost 4-5.

It's just a little funny, from my experience a decade ago coming into the exclusive resort community to play--me and mine hated 6s. Too many people. Not enough room to move and groove.

And now, my team seemed to hate 4s. Where are the other guys? This involves movement?

We had the inexplicable return of Marsucko. And who taught him all those bad English words and trash whispering? I guess the Lip has gotten inside his mind! Alternatively, AWVP does tend to have that effect on people.

Redemption stories are always uplifting. Navy came roaring back, and won many games. He gets Player of the Day for Sunday.

And he chortled in his glory: "Hey, Chief, do you know how much better than you I am today?" The spirit of Lip is with us, every one...

Navy maybe won 2 games Saturday. I won maybe 2 Sunday.

Games are funny like that. That's why we play them...

Nate and Monkey ran up impressive winning percentages for yet another weekend. Probably surpassing LJs, given his frequent absences. I wonder when he will be recommending them for awards???
