Rumors of my death have been greatly exaggerated. The first part of the day nonwithstanding.
I've seen this before. A couple new people come to play, and Fish tells them where to go:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LuFCaIAnETkAnd then, suddenly, inexplicably, you find yourself out of "the rotation." While dry people getting to play is a great concept, if you end up out of "the rotation" a situation can develop where all the available drys do not represent enough firepower to get back into "the rotation." So, whether by design or by accident, shit starts to get stacked.
And that's when I feel like I'm being sent to the glue factory, before my time...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYcPBE5PXhsSo I talked it over with Jarrod, who was also dry, and since I was shirted (the other rule), we agreed that he, me and TBone would take 3 from the losing squad, to right the scales. It could've been from either squad, because they were both good. But it ended up being Mikey, Kenny Rogers, and Fish. Sorry for those I short dicked in the process.
But balance was restored to the Force:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4fgGZEggxEKenny Rogers is my pick thus far for most improved. Great pop on spikes and serves this year, and good net defense. If any of you wondered whether the Jesus and Mr. Tasty show, the longest running show on TV, was going to end any time soon, I will point you to the dynasty runs today.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bPXVGQnJm0wThe moral of the story--sidelining and stacking can get folks riled, and the time for honoring yourself may soon end. Reap the whirlwind. Reap it!
