It certainly seemed like it, because TJ, Dick, Kent, and Will showed up, and they never make it to WW. And Fish was in his usual jovial form, and playing well to boot.

Sorry to report the net has been lowered. I brought a camera but no pictures were taken, and I lost my tripod. On the plus side, Burning Man bling was distributed.

Ford had a good day, and was really dropping the hammer, minus that one block I got(!) which might've been about the only time he was blocked last night. Wescott also stepped up with some nice kills.

On the other side of the performance meter, Jess had issues with just about all aspects of his game. Learn from this--sometimes you can play really hard, but not play smart. Playing it safe and natty consumption may have been a factor as well. On that note, who was feeding Scotty outside of his special diet? Will hit several out of the freakin' park.

Good to see everyone back together again as the season winds down, but it was a rather frustrating night--too few good setter-hitter combos in operation for my taste, but the non-traditional point guards picked up the slack pretty well.

I was part of one small ball team that included Fish n' Jess that pulled off a rather impressive comeback from 8-1 down, and came up short in a BBG with the bigs to lose 15-12.

In other news, it turns out Chief & T Bone have the same birthday. This is scary, as is the fact that I will shortly be turning the same age as the caliber of the most powerful handgun in the world.

It appears from the texting that Jethro is displeased with my assessment.

Pretty accurate...Left out that Edub, Ford, me, and mixed combos to fill out our 5 or 6 went 5 and 0...That is all...

Also left out that Scott's placement shot was on even after he was a bit off
