AWVP

Well, 6 of the AWVPers decided to display our skills at a different sport last night w/ the orange bouncing ball...The wildboys, ford, lawnmower will, wes-"the tantrum"-scott, and yours truly who is definitely not j kidd out of the pool...I would say everyone held their own pretty well for this not being our "primary" sport and the absence of natty light...No one went into convulsions or coma which actually did suprise me a little bit...

One 3v3 game was followed by umpteen 5v5 full court games...I would say MVP would have to go to T2 for being ridiulously quick, a plethera of steals, dagger in the heart trifectas, and some slashing drives...Jethro, battleing a swelling ankle bee sting plays like a cornhusker linebacker w/ some deep threes and one sportcenter reverse layup...The Longview boys are mr hustles that do a little bit of everything...Westcott was on the verge of going postal in the beginning, but displayed his knowledge of the game pretty well down the stretch, and had some nice running layups off good cuts to the basket and a few threes for bonus...I shot 3s, not much else, but most of them did go in...

Good times were had as we wait for the healing waters to warm back up for the best sports season to come back...

yes, basketball is on thursday evening...should be pretty consistent til spring, except of course thanksgiving...
