The plan is usually that we should have some plan, to which everyone can agree, until it comes time to formulate a plan. At this stage the planning breaks down, and, although all tend to agree it would be good to have a plan, further discussion is tabled until a later date. Shortly before the event itself, it is generally agreed that we should have a non-binding resolution endorsing the idea of a plan. Come game day, many pandas cannot be reached, while others generally come staggering into a default location hung over at half time.

My progressive inclinations make me think we can do better this year!

Things have been going so much better these days when I just bitch incessantly and then go low profile for a bit. Suddenly, as if by magic, a plan appears!

Panda Corps is definitely not a reality based community...
