I was a scrub once. Most of us were. They don't get better if they don't get to play. So split em up, and work with em.

There will always be stand out players. The goal is, or should be, to get more players with will and skill up to speed to fill in the phalanx.

Because killing vets made them vets. How soon they wanted to pull up the ladder behind them?
