Ah yes, well here are my thoughts:

Julio's place and Sedona Springs don't have poles or a net, so I don't have high hopes for either. Just because there are holes for poles doesn't mean you'll be sticking your pole in there anytime soon, but you never know.

Parking at Gaines Ranch is not good as far as I can tell. The majority of the complex is gated, except for a handful of spaces near the pool. Jess said maybe we could carpool but I don't see that happening.

The Hillside Creek pool was just renovated and it looks like a nice pool area. Lion's Den seems pretty good. Jess says it's been laid back there in the past. Both are on East Oltorf which is a bit sketchy, but worth a try. Good super burritos. I'd stay away from the prostitutes though. Pretty sure that one we saw with broad shoulders is really a man.

I like Deerfield. It's close to my house and has super hot ladies.

I talked with Julio and the pool we thought was at his place is not the right location. I think he's across the street.

I've played all the venues in this post that have nets. They would require a bit of guerilla style engineering, in the form of net replacement and adjustment.

The nets are either too low, too fragile, or both. Navy used to live at the Gay(Gaines) Ranch. It also has a "tree-do" issue, which many of you may remember from Argosy back in the day...

Now, this doesn't mean these things are un-doable. I replaced nets at Argosy on multiple occasions, and we trimmed the tree (after hours, of course), and no on said squat.

We could improve the property value and playability of the venue before we lower the property value with our presence!

Food for thought. I leave such decisions to those who are wise in the ways of science...
