The real phrase is used when someone is trying to make something into something it isn't, like putting $3000 worth of rims on a beat to shit rusty LTD or when Chief dresses nice. "You can't polish a turd."

So the turd can be polished without winning the point, but it is much shinier that way.

I hope this clears this up. Just kidding Chief. :lol:

"Hitting from the 4"-Term used to describe spikes in twos or from the back row in larger games. Requires a combination of timing, elevation, and top spin that is not easy to achieve in a pool like the Argosy. Jimback gets a star whenever he successfully completes a hit from the 4.
