I just watched that video for first time on this rainy cold day...Man, that was one long game w/ so much defense...Cant wait for warm weather, damn shoulder hurting bad or not...

That is indeed one fine game. After all these years, I was nervous in the service in that contest, and it shows.

In BBGs, you better be 80-90% combat effective, because that's the level your opponents will be playing at...

Kudos once again to my teammates Navy and Ronin Steve, who performed above expectations, and Mikey, of course, who refused to lose. Pat showed no ring rust--must've used Armor All before entering the pool.

A Vet team can be like an old pair of shoes--doesn't look like much, a bit worn, but comfortable, and they will get you where you need to go, like they always did in the past...

I just re-made the video of this game at a higher quality. It will be on the DVD.

The quality of my editing capabilities has increased since I first made this one. I acquired a new editing program a little while back and it's better than what I was using.

So far I have finished the videos for 5 Riata games. I have quite a bit of raw game film this year, and I'll keep editing games until the award ceremony.

If you choose to eschew an awards ceremony, I submit to you that you are tacitly acceding to the status quo ante of this league, supporting your Dear Leader(s), renouncing the ability to say they are poopy heads, as well as your love for cheese. You can trust that I will make the informed unilateral decisions that I always have, for your own good.

Except this time, I will be supported by at least one other informed opinion, in that he is the only other player who has confirmed attendance at a 2014 awards ceremony.
