| Keith and I have found some more decent places to play in DFW, but I was thinking about another road trip to Austin either next weekend (7-30) or the weekend of 8-13, then again Labor Day weekend to end the season. But after reading the posts above, I must ask: What the hell is going on down there?! |

| Ball in Dallas varies widely depending on venue. The Village downtown was a zoo last time I went by, with 8 shirts hangin on the net for people in line. Took us two hours to get in, but we never lost once we got in. Up in Lewisville, where I go on Sundays, the play is above average, and they usually... |

| I need to get down to Austin one of the next two weekends. So the plan is usually Riata then Obstacle both days? Does anything get started before 3 on Saturday? No point in speeding down 35 if I'm going to sit and wait for an hour after getting there, but it wouldn't be a problem for me to get there... |

| Yesterday one of the Dallas groups got booted from the pool they've been playing in for a few years. They're good about keeping noise down and cleaning up, but it wasn't enough for one of the neighbors. Hopefully they'll figure something out next week while I'm in Austin. |

| MRI results came back yesterday. I've got torn meniscus on top of the torn ACL. Doc couldn't believe I played ball all summer like that. Surgery is October 23, 3 days after I get back from climbing Guadalupe Peak . With rehab/physical therapy, I should be able to play ball in 6 months, which is just... |

| I will be coming from Denton and will try to get there by 2. It's almost a 4 hour drive, so I don't want to hear excuses for people showing up at 4! Save your trips to Home Depot and Bed Bath and Beyond for next weekend when you'll have more time! |
